By booking a service with Big Dog Detail LLC, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our terms and conditions. These terms outline the scope of our services, payment requirements, liability, and warranties. We encourage all customers to review this information carefully before confirming any appointment. This agreement is entered into with Big Dog Detail LLC, operating under the same name. Our services are provided at our shop located at 54 Home Base Ln., Ringgold, GA (by appointment only) and our headquarters in Cleveland, TN.

2. Scope and Nature of Services
Big Dog Detail LLC provides professional automotive detailing, paint correction, ceramic coatings, paint protection film (PPF), and related specialty services. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-approved products and techniques.
Service outcomes may vary depending on the condition, age, and prior care of your vehicle. We make no guarantees of specific results beyond what is discussed and agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. SMS Communications — Use Cases & Opt-Out Instructions
Description of SMS Use Cases: By providing your mobile phone number when booking or contacting Big Dog Detail LLC, you consent to receive text messages from us for the following purposes:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service status updates and completion notifications
- Follow-up satisfaction messages
- Promotional offers, discounts, and seasonal deals
- Responses to inquiries submitted via our website or contact form
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Big Dog Detail LLC. Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send one final confirmation and immediately cease all further SMS communications. To re-subscribe, reply START at any time.

4. Appointments and Scheduling
All services must be scheduled in advance. Appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or SMS. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling depending on availability.5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.6. Customer Inspection and Acceptance
Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle before and after service. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Big Dog Detail LLC documents vehicle condition prior to service. Acceptance of the vehicle after service completion constitutes customer satisfaction.7. Reporting of Concerns

Paint protection film (PPF), window tint, and ceramic coating services are subject to additional terms discussed at the time of service. These services involve permanent or semi-permanent application. Customers must disclose any prior film, coating, or paint modifications before service begins.9. Exclusive Remedy
In the event of a service dispute, Big Dog Detail LLC's liability is limited to re-performing the disputed service or issuing a refund for the specific service in question, at our sole discretion. This constitutes the customer's exclusive remedy.10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Big Dog Detail LLC directly to resolve any billing disputes before initiating a chargeback with their financial institution. Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested and may result in additional fees and legal action.11. Warranty and Third-Party Interference
Any warranty provided on ceramic coatings or film services is voided if the vehicle is subjected to unauthorized modifications, improper washing techniques, or third-party interference after service. Details of specific warranties will be provided in writing at the time of service.12. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Big Dog Detail LLC is not liable for any delays, undelivered messages, or errors in SMS communications caused by mobile carriers or third-party messaging platforms. Carrier message delivery is not guaranteed. We are not responsible for charges applied by your mobile carrier for receiving SMS messages.13. Age Restriction
Our services and SMS communications are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By booking a service or providing your contact information, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Big Dog Detail LLC does not knowingly provide services to or collect information from minors.14. Limitation of Liability
Big Dog Detail LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to service.15. Privacy Policy
